Elena was getting the house ready for their first party in the new house. She set up a dance floor in the living. The kitchen had refreshments and lots of alcohol in the fridge. She got the dj set and went upstairs to change into her outfit. She decided to wear a red party dress and black studded heels. she put a little makeup on and a few accessories. She had her hair pin up in a 20s style hairdo. She smiled as she looked in the mirror. The first of the guest were starting to arrive so she went and played hostess. Elena told the girls about the Masqurade party she was going to throw. This was the perfect opportunity for Eli touse that black and purple number she has been dying to use. She pent the whole day getting ready, from a hot shower, to a hot bath. She drank a glass of red wine while in the bath. After the soaking, she spent two hours on her hair, and hour on her make-up and half an hour getting dressed. After getting into the mermaid styled dress, she went to her vanity and placed on her mask and mini hat piece that she clipped in her hair, slightly tilted to the right. After applying the perfect shade od red, Eli got in her heels andwas offically party ready.
The girl walked down the stairs, picking up her skirt a bit as to not have an accident before the party even began. She walked behind Elena, placing a hand on the girls shoulder. "I'll take my job as door man now." she said, they were expecting some vampires to come over, thus Eli had to invite them in.

I finish my hair and put on my mask. I'm dressed in a strapless, flattering blue dress and heels. I walk down the stairs and face the two girls. I mentioned the party to my brothers; they should be coming. Thank me later. I smirk and wink at both of the girls. I walk back to the DJ to find him playing god-awful music. I hand him Elena's iPod shuffle with the playlist for the party and wave him off when he protests. You get paid either way; play the music. I shrugs and plugs in the iPod. I walk back to the foyer and look around. The place looks good. I smile at Elena and Elizabeth. I don't know if Eric's coming or not. OUTFIT |

Eli turned around and saw Rebekah's dress. Eli cupped her hands together (like a cheerleader clapping). "Rebekah, you look beautiful! Elena, you look amazing in that. I love the colors." she said. Then Eli smiled when Rebekah said she invited her brothers. Yes, Eli did invite a certian Original, but she wanted to shock Elena and Rebekah with her date. Eli stood right outside the door. The door was held open by a doorman Eli had hired along with serving staff. This wasnt going to be some run off the mill party, this was going to be better than all the town events combined. Andrew came, the guy who designed her bedroom, training room and some other rooms Eli took charge of when they moved in. "Nice to see you Andrew. please enjoy your stay." she said in a pleasing tone. Little did she know that in an hour or two, she would be hating the man who she liked. (she didnt like like him. She liked him as a friend.) |

Kol walked up towards the house with a slight smirk on his lips as he looked at the small human girl he was going to escort at the dance. His brown eyes looked at her through his mask as he then walked up to her, bowed to her, took a hold of her hand, and kissed it. "You look absolutely gorgeous darling." he said with his thick british accent. He knew that his sister nor Elena knew that he was Elizabeth's date, so this was going to be a very nice and pleasant surprise for the two of them when they say Kol walking in with Elizabeth. Eli placed on a big smile as people came in. She saw a bigger turn out than what she had expected. She has seen alomst everyone except for her uncles and...oh wait. Take that back. There he was. Kol came up, bowing to her, taking her hand and kissing it. "You're to kind Kol. You look rather smashing yourself." she said, hoping her make-up could hide her blush. "Would you like to come into my home?" she asked him, a grin playing on her face. Everything was going to be perfect. All three girls had vampire Dates, but she was the only human out of the group, which made the odds laughable. A Thousand year old vampire escourting an eighteen year old to a party held in her own home. This would be a night to remember. |

Kol smirked a bit as he nodded his head as he still held onto the human as he said, "Thank you for inviting me in." He kissed her head as he then walked into the house with her and looked around. He spotted his sister and Elena and then he looked down at Elizabeth. His lips kissed the top of her head once more at that moment as he wrapped his arms around her a bit more right then and there. This was when his eyes snapped up to see a man staring at Elizabeth. Kol felt his hold around her tightened in a protective way to show the man that she was not going to be with him that night. That Elizabeth was going to be dancing the night away with Kol. |

Eli looked to Kol as they walked in, her arm latched to his, until he wrapped his arms around her. At first it was a gently squeeze, then it was one that had comformity, but gave a signal of protection. "Are you ok?" she asked him, after blushing when he kissed her skin. One of the serving staff members walked by. "I told you to serve the White wine first, not the red! How many times do I have to tell you?" she asked him. Before he left, she took two of the glasses then watched as he went to the kitchen, muttering to himself. She handed the other glass to Kol. "I think we both need this." she said. |

Kol chuckled deeply as he took the wine glass from Elizabeth and took a sip. "Just what I needed. Well, mostly what I needed." His charming was coming back once more as he looked down at the young human and smirked a bit more at her.

Kol set his wine glass down once more at that moment right then and there as he then looked into her eyes with complete love once more at that moment. He looked into her eyes as he then said, "You honestly do not know?" He raised an eyebrow once more at that moment right then and there. He was very charming towards her and he was already protective. When he was growing up as a human, his father taught him and his brothers that once they found a woman to treat her like a princess. Elizabeth was his princess.

Eli clicked her glass with Kol's just as Andrew walked over. He had bowed to her. "Eli you must introduce me to your friend here. Last time I heard, your uncles banned you from any type of....interaction while males." "Andrew, he is not my friend, He is my date. His name is Kol Mikaelson. An Original vampire. And why should i oblige by my uncles rules when I own my own Estate and I can take care of myself." She said, standing close to Kol. Andrew, who looked just like Ryan Gosaling, stood up, looking to Kol. "Mr. mikaelson. I see you fancy the weak minded. Wasn't it who said that feeling for a motal would only show a vampires weakness?" he asked. Then he placed his mask back on and stalked away, heading to the main dance floor. Eli looked to Kol. "What did that mean? He normal isn't like that, I can assure you." she told him, her eyes folling the figure into the room. |

I pulled up to the Ivy Terrace and parked in front. I was impressed with the house. I got out of the car. I wore a black tuxedo and a silver tie and vest. I also wore a ring that my sister enchanted for me. One of her witch friends at school helped her to make it so I could walk around in daylight and still go to school. One couldn't tell by looking at it, but the dragon looking portion of the ring was actually a gem. I figured if I had to wear a ring for the rest of my life, or for the rest of eternity I'd at least get to choose what it looked like. A witch, I was still kind of annoyed by the fact that it took me dying for my sister to be honest with me about what she was. Of course I guess I can understand, now that I'm a vampire. It probably wouldn't be a good idea to tell Naomi about either of us. Still, it's nice to get away from that house. I looked down at my watch to check the time. It matched the suit perfectly. I was still kind of shocked that I could tell some people what to do, and they'd do it, it was actually how I got most of the suit at a discounted price. I opened the car door for my date. She was just some girl from school, I knew her name was Brenda but sometimes I forgot. She's pretty but she's kind of an airhead. It was really hard for me not to compel her at shutup at times. Still, she was beautiful. She wore a black/gold laced dress which matched her mask. I didn't know if some cosmic force was trying to be ironic but she chose to wear a cross necklace, with a gem in the middle, gemmed earrings, and some leather boots. She liked to show off her skin, that was for sure. "Thanks." She said as she got out. She grabbed her purse which also matched her outfit. "No Problem." I said. We walked to the entrance. I was sure that I could keep myself under control, I had to after what happened before... Jei's Outfit

Kol looked after Andrew with his arms in a glare at that moment right then and there. He did not get good feeling about Andrew as his arms were now wrapped around her small waist as he kept his eyes in the direction that Andrew had gone off in as he then said, "Do not listen to such a man. He must be crazy in the head. Besides, we do not want him to ruin our gorgeous and perfect evening."
