Sleeping With Sirens (Valerie and Addison)

She looked at him with her bright blue eyes as she then bit down onto her bottom lip very gently once more at that moment. Valerie Luna Jones was a woman who had the biggest crush on Addison Hughes. "I am thinking about just simply getting a small salad." she whispered as she then looked up at the man in front of her and gave him her best smile. Behind Addison, though, there was a vampire smirking at the happy friends. Valerie's eyes widen as she then bit her lip once more as she then pissed that she forgot her stake outside in the car. Her heart beat raced a bit as she then grabbed onto Addison's hand without warning, squeezing it very slightly.

Addison was absentmindedly glanced around while she stared at him, completely unsure of how to counter her gaze. After a moment though she told him what she wanted and he just shook his head. "You are gonna make me look fat when I get a steak, Val. Gotta stop doing that." He said with a laugh as he leaned back and then felt her hand on his, gripping his tightly. Addi's nostrils flared as the scent came across him: vampire. Did she know what vampires were? He shook his head and cocked his head at her. "You know you don't have to fear anything around me, sweetheart. Told you no one can hurt ya."

Her eyes looked up at him as she then bit her lip a bit at that moment. Even though she was a vampire hunter, whenever she saw a vampire, her breath would go short and her heart would raced great. "Addi, can I please come over and sit besides you?" she asked him in her very small and kind voice as she was hoping that she could come over to be besides him. Her blue eyes looked into his and then down at their hands. Even though she was a vampire hunter, she wanted to tell Addison so much about how she had a huge crush on him. She was just a big chicken and never brought it up to him. She actually did not know how to tell him.

Addi nodded and instead of letting her come to him, he hopped up immediately and went next to her, sitting down right at her side. His body was putting out a lot of heat, and it seemed like when vampires were near his body radiated a tad bit more. "Already got ya little duck." He said as he leaned back in the booth and eyed the only vampire in the room.

She then grasped onto his shirt as she then laid her head onto his chest as she always did when she sat down besides Addison. Her blue eyes looked up as she then noticed that Addison was looking at the vampire as well. Did he know of the supernatural in this town as well? She surly did hope not. That was the last thing that she wanted to happen. She did not want to drag her crush into the supernatural and put him in danger. "Little duck?" she asked as she then giggled a bit and smiled very slightly. Her eyes then left him as she looked back at the vampire who was looking at Addison and Valerie with his piercing green eyes. She bit her lip once more. "I wonder why he is staring at..." she whispered, even though she knew. The vampire could hear her heart racing and it was attracting his attention.

Addison was ignoring what she had to say, not on purpose, but because his primal senses were kicking in. Werewolves were hostile around vampires, it had been like that since they had been in existence. His eyes glanced down to her and he smiled halfheartedly at her, before glancing back at the vampire. "Doesn't like the way I smell, probably." He said as he rested his hand on her stomach and clenched his jaw as the vampire's scent was blowing his way because of the air conditioner.

Valerie then bit her lip harder, almost causing blood as she then whispered, "I think that we should just get up and leave the Grill. That guy is just giving me a bad vibe. Besides, I think we still have our sandwiches out there from yesterday and if we do not have them, I will order us a pizza." She was hoping that he would think that she was getting creeped out by the guy staring at them as she then looked up into his eyes once more at that moment right then and there at that moment. Oh how she just wanted him safe and sound.

Addi nodded and leaned down to press a kiss to the top of her head. "We can just go eat somewhere else, Val. Don't want you feeling uneasy." He said as he ran a hand through her hair, waiting for her to get up so they could leave.

Nodding, Valerie stood up and held out a hand towards Addison at that moment. The vampire was looking at them some more and Valerie had a feeling deep down inside of her that the vampire was going to stalk them all through out the night. She also had a feeling that she was going to go hunting soon to take care of the vampire. First question the bastard about her parents and then kill the bastard. She then blinked her blue eyes as she kept looking down at Addison.

As they walked he just glanced at her from the corner of his eye, making sure she wasn't entirely spooked. How did she know to be afraid of a vampire, or even how did she know that he was a vampire? Addison just shook out the doubt and came up behind her and hugged her from behind, his arms in an "x" across her stomach. "What is it, Val? I've never seen you spooked or looking at me so much in my life." He said with a slight laugh as he tried to soothe her as much as he possibly could, swaying back and forth with her.

She closed her eyes as she then did not know if she should tell him or not about what she was and what she all knew. "That guy was just creeping me out greatly. You know? He was just staring at us with his green eyes and he would lick his lips every once in a while." She then hugged Addison's arms that were around her as she then tilted her head up to look at Addison with her bright blue eyes. She knew that she did not want him to be dragged into this life style with the supernatural, but she was living with this man in his truck. She had to tell him sooner or later. She just did not know when. Her blue eyes were still wide as she was still scared.

He just laughed and nodded slightly as he watched her lean back and stare up at him. She was still spooked and it was understandable, he would write it off like she didn't know he was a vampire - for good measure. Addison leaned down and rested his forehead against hers and just sat there for a moment, the rest of his face concealed in her hair. "Most guys would only look at you from afar, seeing as I am with you. Probably think I am your big bad body guard or boyfriend." He said with a shrug.

When he said that b word, not body guard but boyfriend, she blushed like crazy and looked into his eyes as she then bit down onto her bottom lip. No words were coming up to her mouth as she then giggled very slightly at that moment. This time she bit her lip though, she did in fact make it bleed and she cursed slightly as she then grabbed for something to stop the bleeding lip. Her heart raced once more as she knew that she really did need to get this little cut covered before she attracted the attention of any unwanted guest. She then grasped a napkin quickly and covered her lip as she then looked back up at Addison. "I simply know how to ruin a conversation, huh?" she joked very slightly.

"Nah, you are alright, Val. Trust me, that guy didn't like the way I smelled, kinda why he stayed put." He said calmly, knowing that she wouldn't pick up on the fact that he was a werewolf, it just wasn't logical. But at the same time he wasn't sure what to think, because she was startled by a vampire, not just the person - but he could feel more distress in her with every waking moment. Was she supernaturally aware? He didn't know, but it was best to get her out of here. He opened the door to his truck and moved out of the way so she could get in. "Come on, we gotta go see something that I wanna show you anyway."
